We are the fastest in the game! We can generally get your item to you in 10 days to 2 weeks if you pay for our SUPER EXPRESS service (you choose this in the FINALISE section of the customiser). If you need an item even faster, please submit the order and send a separate email headed EXTRA URGENT ORDER and we will see what we can do. Our EXPRESS service takes around 3 weeks and is cheaper than Super Express.
We specialise in meeting fight dates! In the "FINALISE" section of the customiser, please choose how fast you need your kit and enter your real fight date so we know exactly how long we have. WE need time to make your kit carefully and then we need 4-5 days for priority courier or 10 days or more for low cost shipping.
After we have done your design, it takes us 3–4 weeks to make your stuff plus the delivery time of 4-5 days if you choose priority courier and 7-10 days for low cost shipping (in busy periods such Xmas this could be 14 days).
Standard courier shipping (via the post office) takes approximately 7–10 days from dispatch. This is an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed. We are unable to handle courier-related issues on behalf of the customer.
We use Fedex and DHL for our priority courier services. In most countries they do not deliver on the weekends so please factor this in when choosing whether to choosing how far in advance of your fight to order
When you enter your weight and height, our web app will recommend a size which you can accept or over-ride. We will also check that when you order comes in. Please also visit our size chart and compare the measurements against similar items that fit you as ultimately the size choice is your responsibility. The size chart is at the bottom of our home page.
Please note we are a small business, are very busy dealing with urgent orders and are almost certainly in a different time zone to you so we may be closed. We work six days per week but not Sundays. Please note if you haven't had a reply within a day or so it's best to send an email or whatsapp call us as wel dont check social media every day.
If you tell us you don't like your design work after we have completed it or change your mind before paying for your physical item to be made we will refund you. If you ask for a refund because you have changed your mind before our partners have started making the physical item, we will also refund you. If we have made any error or the goods are faulty, we will refund you or remake them. Otherwise customised items are not refundable as they are made to your own very specific needs.
Please reach out to us right away if you are not 100% satisfied with your item. We aim to make high quality items and take full responsibility for our work. You can reach us through our contact page but please be aware our customer service staff are in a different time zone to you so give us a day or two to answer. Please be aware we are not open on Sundays.
We delivery almost everywhere. Some areas may have a remote area charge which we will need to pass onto you. We will let you know if we anticipate this when your order comes in. We can't deliver to PO Boxes or US military bases.
