Note that FedEx and DHL do not deliver on weekends in most countries, so factor this into your required arrival date. Economy shipping may take up to 14 days during busy periods such as Christmas. You design a shared kit using any product template, then place a bulk order directly through the same customiser. Automatic volume discounts are applied at checkout — no negotiation required. Club orders can include custom boxing shorts, gloves, robes, corner jackets, head guards, vests, sports bras, and t-shirts, all matching the same design. Boxxerworld ships to clubs worldwide and can accommodate junior sizing within the same bulk order. For very large or bespoke team requirements, a Design Review request ensures expert input before production begins.

Delivery time depends on the service you choose at checkout. Super Express is the fastest option — most orders arrive within 10–14 days from order placement. The standard Express service takes around 3 weeks in production, plus 4–5 days for priority courier shipping. Standard orders take 3–4 weeks to produce, with 4–5 days for priority courier or 7–10 days for economy shipping. If you have a specific fight date, enter it in the Finalise section of the customiser — Boxxerworld will prioritise your production to meet your deadline. For urgent fight-date orders, email the team directly after placing your order with the subject line "Extra Urgent Order."

Yes. Boxxerworld's online customiser lets you design your own boxing shorts, Muay Thai shorts, MMA shorts, gladiator skirts, robes, and more from scratch — no design experience needed. You choose the style template, colours (over 150 options), materials, embellishments, and add your name, logo, or graphic at any step. The process takes around 5–10 minutes and works on desktop and mobile. Once submitted, Boxxerworld's team reviews your design, and production begins immediately. Custom orders are shipped worldwide.

Please note we are a small business, are very busy dealing with urgent orders and are almost certainly in a different time zone to you so we may be closed. We work six days per week but not Sundays. Please note if you haven't had a reply within a day or so it's best to send an email or whatsapp call us as we don't check social media every day.

Please reach out to us right away if you are not 100% satisfied with your item. We aim to make high quality items and take full responsibility for our work. You can reach us through our contact page but please be aware our customer service staff are in a different time zone to you so give us a day or two to answer. Please be aware we are not open on Sundays.

If you tell us you don't like your design work after we have completed it or change your mind before paying for your physical item to be made we will refund you. If you ask for a refund because you have changed your mind before our partners have started making the physical item, we will also refund you. If we have made any error or the goods are faulty, we will refund you or remake them. Otherwise customised items are not refundable as they are made to your own very specific needs.

Nope, in most cases we will pay any taxes on your behalf, however if you submit a bulk order you should check with us first.

We delivery almost everywhere. Some areas may have a remote area charge which we will need to pass onto you. We will let you know if we anticipate this when your order comes in. We can't deliver to PO Boxes or US military bases.

We use Fedex and DHL for our priority courier services. In most countries they do not deliver on the weekends so please factor this in when choosing whether to choosing how far in advance of your fight to order
