DESIGN PROCESS
After we get your inquiry and check we have all details, we will show you a graphic design on our CUSTOMER SKETCHES page showing all your ideas professionally rendered. As graphic designs are very time consuming, we require a £50 (USD $80) deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will happily make any changes you require. Deposits are paid by hitting our DESIGN DEPOSIT button after we reply to your inquiry.
You have a few choices about how to instruct us:
- Roughly draw your idea by hand or computer using one of our TEMPLATES and we’ll re-do it using our professional skills and judgement adding anything we think necessary to make it great;
- If you are no good with hand or computer drawing, give us detailed written instructions of a design u want us to do;
- Send us a picture of something you’ve seen and we’ll design something similar;
- If you want something new but aren’t too sure what, give us some rough guidance of colours and material types (eg “black and white with a little sequins”) then let us loose.
PRICING AND TIME
The final price of your item depends largely on the number of names, logos and graphics you add to the basic design, so if you are on a budget, stick to just a couple of names. It is your responsibility to check the size, colours, due date, details and spellings for accuracy and let us know if it is okay to go ahead and make your item. Your final price minus the deposit paid will be paid on our CUSTOM PAY page by clicking on your name and using a debit, credit card or paypal account.
Allow 4 weeks from the date of payment for your order to reach you. We often have items arrive faster (eg 3 weeks) but please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Courier time alone takes around one week and we have NO CONTROL once items are out of our hands. While we always do our best, last minute orders often result in heart-ache.
