How To Order

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Order In-stock items (MENSWEAR & GIRLSWEAR) as you would any other items through online shopping. However, please note, as we ship world-wide, your items may take longer to arrive (allow at least 10 days) and delivery rates quoted may be higher than items you buy domestically. Additionally, any domestic taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and BoXXerworld takes no responsibility for these.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

TIMING

LAST MINUTE CUSTOM ORDERS CAUSE HEART-ACHE for you and us. ORDER EARLY!! Leave a minimum of 3 weeks for urgent orders and generally 4-5 weeks. Though we will do our best to make your urgent items quickly, we despatch internationally from Thailand and this takes around a week.

AN EXISTING DESIGN

Look through our large selection of designs. The price stated is for the basic design including ONE name. Each additional name, logo or graphic will add between 10-20 USD (7-13 GBP). Delivery is extra (see Delivery Info). Click the CUSTOMISE THIS DESIGN button, fill in your details and submit the form. All instructions are on the form. We will reply with your quote and once you have paid online you will receive an individual graphic design to check. There is no fee for the design work for existing designs.

A BRAND NEW DESIGN

If you want something entirely new, click on the ORDER CUSTOM FIGHTWEAR button on the home page or the link in our Custom Fightwear menu. This form allows you to upload your own rough guidance sketch if you wish or describe your item in detail. All instructions are on the form. Our design fee for a new design is £25 (USD 40). Clothing design is highly skilled and time-consuming so we must charge this small fee. For professional reasons and your own protection, we will not make garments without producing our own technical drawings. Once you have OK’d the design, we will confirm the final price and you will pay this on line before we make your product. You are under no obligation to order if you do not wish to but the fee is non-refundable.

CHECKING YOUR ITEM

It is your responsibility to check that all details, name spellings, colours, materials, logos, sizes, order date etc are correctly stated on your graphic design right away. If you do not do so and confirm or let us know if there is a problem, you order will be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for any errors you do not tell us about. Please check your email regularly during production in case we send you any pictures to check. We need a prompt response as we cannot hold up production waiting for a reply.

MULTIPLE ITEMS/ CLUB KITS

If you wish to order multiple items such as club kits, fan T-shirts, group beanie hats etc, then please discuss with us. It is impossible to quote for these online as the prices reduce with the order quantity. Please give us as much detail as possible about colours, materials, names and deadlines required in your original email.

Deciding what materials to choose can be quite confusing at first. However, as you look through our products you will note that the “MATERIALS” each item is made from are listed.
