CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

The cost of sending custom made items is stated next to every item in our CUSTOM FIGHTWEAR menu. UK: we group items to reduce the courier costs & split the parcels on arrival. OTHER COUNTRIES: courier costs are slightly higher as we cannot group parcels. It is cheaper per item to order more items at once. If you add more than one custom made item or ready made items to your order the courier costs will increase only slightly from the cost of the first item.

If there is a tracking number provided for your item (not all items are sent using a tracking number), please enter it at: http://track.thailandpost.co.th

We are advised that items should take between 4 and 6 working days to arrive from the date of despatch, but once in the hands of the courier we have no further control and cannot make any inquiries as to your items progress in addition to what you are able to make using the tracking number provided. 

Please be advised that any delays due to customs inspections are very rare but are possible (as goods are travelling from Thailand). Such delays are out of the control of both BoXXerworld and the courier company. 

We can say that items failing to arrive is extremely unusual so please be patient. Please do let us know when your items arrive safely.
